Placing Orders

When placing an order you can pay with a credit card upon check out.

When ordering by check please include the items wanted as well as you correct shipping address. Also include any comments you think we may need to know for best results in processing you order.

 

Coupons and Discounts

If we are running a special, sale or if you received a coupon via email we will be glad to add the discount to your order. Discounts can only be applied within 24 hours after order is placed online. If you order by mail you have to include the discount to your check payment. The customer is responsible for applying discounts to all orders.

 

We ship bare root plants, they need planted as soon as they are received. We do not accept plants back unless we verify the problem and give you the ok to ship them back to us. We are not responsible for return shipment charges.

All sales are final on all plant orders.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for only 1 hour after placing them. If you do contact us after the 1 hour period, if we have not dug your plants we will be glad to change the items or give an instore credit for the full amount. No refunds after the 1 hour period. No changes can be made after plants are dug. We dig usually the next day after orders are received. 

 

Shipping

 We ship Wholesale Orders Only. Quantities of 100 or more per variety. 

We will work hard to earn your business and harder to keep it. If we have made any mistake, please give us a call at 931-841-5484 and we will rectify the mistake the same day usually. We want to be your one stop nursery for all your gardening needs.

 

Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days by US Mail. 

 

We dig all stock prior to shipping, so freshness or it being dead will not be an issue

We are not responsible for damaged plants in transit or lost shipments. We ship to the address the customer provides us, so please make sure it's a correct US mail address. 

We ship dormant plants so they will not show foliage at time of arrival.
